What’s included in my rent?

The rent at our apartments in Fort Collins, CO includes access to all the amenities mentioned here as well as trash collection, sewer, water, high-speed internet, and a full cable package. Electricity is billed separately to each unit.

Is my apartment furnished?

For your convenience, we offer both furnished and unfurnished apartments. The stylish, modern furniture that comes with furnished apartments is both comfortable and sophisticated, creating the perfect retreat for professionals and students alike.

Who needs a cosigner?

Nobody. We do not require cosigners on our leases—only the person on the lease needs to sign it. However, if an applicant does not meet our credit standards, we will require them to have a guarantor.

What’s a “guarantor”?

A guarantor is often a parent or guardian who signs a Guaranty Form to make sure that rent payments are met each month.

Is there an application fee? What about a security deposit?

Unlike most common apartments, Uncommon does not require a security deposit! There is, however, an application fee to cover the cost of background and credit checks as well as a one-time redecoration fee to cover the cost of wear and tear at move-out.

Can I have pets at Uncommon?

Yes! Pets are allowed at Uncommon Fort Collins! Please contact our leasing office for inquiries regarding pets and to find out what costs and policies are associated with pets in our community.

Are my guests welcome at Uncommon?

Of course! We welcome all your family and friends at Uncommon Fort Collins. We just ask that guests be checked in at our front desk prior to entry for security reasons.

Who can access the amenities?

Uncommoners (residents) and their guests have exclusive access to the amenities in our community and apartments.

Is parking available?

We offer parking in our secure covered parking structure. Parking spaces are leased on a first-come-first-serve basis, so make sure to contact our leasing office today to get your parking spot before move-in!

How secure is Uncommon?

The safety of our residents and their property is the absolute number one priority at Uncommon Fort Collins. Our security measures include front-desk check-in for all guests, as well as surveillance throughout all common areas. We employ an electronic keycard system to ensure that only approved residents and guests can access our community.

What happens if I have a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests may be filed on our easy-to-use online resident portal or can be filed over the phone with our leasing office at (970) 672-2717. We strive to handle all maintenance matters in 24 hours.

How much is rent?
